Meet Lea Wiviott Boracchia

Lea Wiviott Boracchia, an accomplished entrepreneur, stock market expert, and co-founder of a prominent wealth management company, is a firm believer in the potential of girls and women in any field, given the right opportunities. She serves as an inspiration to countless women and girls aspiring to establish careers in wealth management, although she readily acknowledges the challenges she faced along her journey.

Lea's journey commenced at a young age when she began offering insurance and financial services at just 15 years old. Instead of treating it as a passing interest, she dedicated herself to enhancing her knowledge and expertise in the stock market and private wealth management.

What many don’t realize is that finance companies are still 98% owned by white men, and 99% run by men (source: Kaplan Sports and Entertainment Wealth Management certification). Wallstreet is already an industry that Lea doesn’t have the same motivations as most her colleagues in. She never aspired to be a wealthy person through it, she just wanted to help people, same with Marc who notably is a minority in the industry too. Nowadays the duo’s story is important because they are not a franchise, their investment advisory was started, and is owned and run by them; and this makes Boracchia Wiviott Wealth Partners the 1%. The reason why is even today Lea, a woman, and Marc, who grew up Spanish speaking started the firm and thus are again the 1%.

Women and minorities should have independent leaders at the helm in vast and higher numbers than 1%. With over 20 years of experience in the investment world, Lea's professional journey led many and she has held virtually every role in wealth management firms. From serving as a Risk Management Expert and Insurance Agent at State Farm to achieving the position of top financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual San Francisco, she consistently shattered gender barriers.

She also has been an outspoken proponent on getting away from the self-regulating nature of Wallstreet’s brokerage world because it is not serving the clients it’s supposed to. Her interest is to bring equality to both clients and other advisors. This is why she started Imagine Equality, the nonprofit dedicated to advancing the interests of other under-represented; and needing proper representation, individuals.

Lea holds her series 6, 63, 65, property, casualty and life and health licenses. She’s also a realtor and certified in probates and trust, long term care, and more. She’s also working on her Sports and Entertainment certification in Wealth Management. Her entrepreneurial spirit was evident from childhood, and her leadership qualities and fintech innovation acumen are clear.

Lea grew up with a single Mom who is a long-time realtor and had the #1 vase company in Europe, the Flex Vase. Her Dad was very involved but is also a busy respected physician and leader at San Francisco’s largest private hospital, the original Stanford in San Francisco which is now California Pacific Medical Center.

She also led SF State’s magazine as editor-in-chief which she was nominated for and graduated in journalism with honors, nearly all As from San Francisco State University. Lea’s diverse experiences in various positions at different firms contributed to her incredible mastery of complex private wealth management issues. She channels this knowledge into multiple successful startups, a real estate investment expert as well as in Boracchia Wiviott Wealth Partners LLC which is now 10 years old.

Contact us and see how we can help you live better than you’ve been today; and plan to be in the most powerful position for your family.

ABOUT US

Easter at Omni Rancho Las Palmas in Rancho Mirage.

Boracchia Wiviott Wealth Partners LLC was co-founded ten years ago in 2013 originally as Team Boracchia. Lea and her partner Marc Boracchia went completely independent as Boracchia Wiviott Wealth Partners in 2016 after working primarly for Northwestern Mutual San Francisco. They built a leading practice that focused on investments and insurance there but upon going independent they started over in many ways.  Boracchia Wiviott Wealth Partners, by getting away from the conflicts of interest in the brokerage world, offers a wider array of services these days than most firms.

Lea and Marc employ and mentor many in the industry through Boracchia Wiviott Wealth Partners. They also speak on exit strategies and other business and financial matters at local companies and educational bodies such as our local Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center.

As independent from any company issuing insurance or investments, the services at Boracchia Wiviott Wealth Partners include but are not limited to financial planning, cash flow projections, major purchase decisions, estate planning, planning for education, qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation, executive benefit planning, business succession planning and more.

The team accomplishes these services for clients by providing expert guidance on stock market and banking options, insurance, asset allocation, and high-level custom financial planning and management. Boracchia Wiviott Wealth Partners constantly looks to maximize their benefits for consulting clients.

Their innovative approach extends to understanding the risks associated with the stock market, real estate, estate planning and private wealth management. Lea and her team offer inspirational and attentive stock market advice across all segments in a customized  approach that makes it easily digestible for clients.

The firm's core team of investment experts across the sectors caters to clients' specific needs, delivering exceptional service, leading research, and a client-first approach.

Boracchia Wiviott Wealth Partners' primary mission is to empower clients, including but not limited to women and others who are at disadvantages, to achieve or maintain financial freedom for generations to come. Lea's unwavering determination fueled her remarkable success, dispelling what may seem impossible to many. She aims to convey that age and gender should never be barriers to success, especially for younger adults like she was when she started 20 years ago.
