Federal law gives the customer the right to limit some but not all sharing of personal information. It also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information.

We will continue to meet the rules and regulations as required by law and regulatory bodies.

PROTECTING CONFIDENTIALITY OF CURRENT AND FORMER CLIENT’S INFORMATION

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law, including computer safeguards and secured files and building.

PARTIES TO WHOM WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

All Investment Advisers may need to share personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons that we may share your personal information:

  • For everyday business purposes – such as to process your transactions, maintain your account(s), respond to court orders and legal investigations, or report to credit bureaus;

  • We will not sell your data; an exception can be made in the event Boracchia Wiviott Wealth Partners LLC or part of it is sold in which case your data may be part of this sale but we would not sell your data unless it was with the sale of the company’s other assets. We are never going to sell your data unless it is for another advisor to manage and we have no plans to sell the company or part of it at all, rather we plan to pass it down to our own generations. We just want to be transparent that this is the only time your data may be sold again if our company or perhaps part of it like the insurance division is sold.

  • We use your data for our marketing – to offer our products and services to you;

  • Certain third parties who we use to process your business needs have access to your data but we are stringent in who we work with and if anyone has a privacy policy we don’t agree with we don’t work with them.

  • For any or all of our affiliates’ everyday business purposes – we may provide general information not specific to you about your transactions and experiences that do not identify to you and information about your creditworthiness again without providing any identifying information.

  • What’s most important is we will not sell your data and we will only use any identifying information as it is necessary for us to be the best advisors we can to you.

In Brief

We do not release any identifying information about clients without explicit consent.
